We love what we do, and we obsess over being the best at it.

At ecstase, our goal is to create really great products. We see ourselves more of a design company than anything else, one that sells its own products, and whose primary focus is on art.

Moving fast and failing quickly. It's what we do. We learn on the job. We say yes to challenges we don't always know how to solve beforehand. We take risks and we learn, but we move forward, always.

We move past the boundaries of the fields we operate in. What we do often has not been done before. There will not always be someone that shows us what to do and how to do it. We make your own jobs, we secure responsibilities where possible. We enjoy full freedom, which also means full responsibility.

Graphic designer

Your task will consist of applying your skills across a wide range of products. We are an early stage company, and you will often be asked to work on types of designs that you may not be completely familiar with. Therefore, learning flexibility, and a willingness to step outside of what you already know is a true must... It is really important for us that you have a deep passion for the work you do and that you want to be the best at it. Your interests in design must be far-reaching, you also show enthusiasm and curiosity for art, culture, and fashion.

Your job is:

  • To create cutting edge designs for the ecstase website
  • To help further define and shape the ecstase brand through your designs
  • To do in-depth research into trends
  • To be obsessive about delivering game-changing design and following through on difficult projects.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Extended graphic design portfolio
  • Experienced user of the Adobe suite (Ps, Id & Ai)
  • Basic understanding of HTML and CSS
  • Basic understanding of Blender and 3D modeling
  • Experience designing for commercial applications
  • Familiarity with content-based social media marketing
  • Excellent and open communication skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast moving environment
  • A deep understanding of branding

Marketing manager

As the marketing manager, you are in charge of planning, executing and tracking all of ecstase' marketing efforts. You will lead our offshore marketing team across advertising, branding, and content marketing to drive groundbreaking results. You are eager, and show curiosity and passion for art.

Requirements and qualifications:

  • You can work from our office in Rotterdam
  • You have a minimum of 2-year experience in a similar, fast-paced environment
  • You have a proven track record in running social media campaigns and ads
  • You have the proven ability to transform data and idea input into creative campaigns
  • You are concise and clear in English speech and writing
  • You have strong analytical skills and know how to articulate complex problems
  • You know how to write compelling copy
  • You have good presentation skills and a strong creative POV
  • You have the ability to work independently, move fast and make things happen
  • You are highly organized and detail-oriented, especially when operating under deadlines
  • You have an advanced understanding of social media like Instagram and Facebook
  • You have experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere

Key responsibilities:

  • Translating our brand/marketing requirements into creative campaigns
  • Planning, executing and tracking recurring and nonrecurring social media campaigns
  • Managing creatives, budgets and targeting for paid promotions done through Facebook, Google, and other third-party services.

Art director

As the art director you will be in charge of all content creation efforts. You job is to capture groundbreaking stories from the people around the world that inspire us every day.

Requirements and qualifications:

  • You can work from our office in Rotterdam
  • You understand and live content like no other, you are at the forefront of social-first content
  • You strive to be the best at what you do and deliver cutting edge work
  • You have created the types of videos that we are out to create before
  • You have experience with using high end film equipment
  • You are concise and clear in English speech and writing
  • You have the ability to work independently, move fast and make things happen
  • You are highly organized and detail-oriented, especially when operating under deadlines

Key responsibilities:

  • Creating one high-end video every month: Travelling around the world, capturing unique stories
  • Brainstorming new content ideas with the brand director, and translating those ideas into concise scripts
  • Having those scripts executed by off shore videographers
  • Coming up with new engaging content concepts with the content manager
